Exchange Policy

While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).

Each of our products is carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.

Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
We don’t offer returns/exchanges in our accessories, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :

Update us within THREE working days via Email or Ping us on Instagram.
The unboxing video is mandatory.
We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
In case your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account in 5 to 7 business days.

We will need an unboxing video to verify that the product was damaged at our end. And If the defect is found at our end, The exchanged products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
